Welcome to The Eric Frank Trust

We are all about supporting the development of young people, particularly helping them to help themselves through the acquisition of skills to be better leaders and followers, thereby helping society to grow and develop in a sound way. We are particularly supportive of the principles of learning by doing, peer support and working is small groups – all utilised in Scouting, the organisation that meant a lot to Eric Frank.

We achieve our objectives through providing grants to support projects, primarily supporting leadership development for young people, as well as leadership development for adults, where they are supporting the leadership projects for young project.

Our focus is currently on leadership development for young people.
